Alderfer Auction

This auction presents signed sports memorabilia and related collectibles from professional baseball, football, and hockey. Over 150 autographed baseballs are included, featuring Mickey Mantle, Sandy Koufax, Aaron Judge, and others. Bats include Louisville Sluggers and Big Stick models signed by Mariano Rivera and Francisco Cervelli. Helmets signed by Mets, Yankees, and Giants players are also offered. Trading cards include a 1962 Mickey Mantle card and signed Hall of Fame post cards. Photographs signed by Ted Williams, Yogi Berra, and Henrik Lundqvist are included. Other categories feature multi-signed plaques, team caps, and a 38-piece Yankees pin collection. Tickets include Yankees playoff games and Super Bowl XXV. Additional memorabilia includes autographed stadium seats, a Derek Jeter statue, and a Salvino figure. 

This auction showcases both modern farm equipment and antique engines and washing machines. Featured farm machinery includes a 2013 John Deere 5300 Tractor (886.2 hours), a 2017 John Deere 4100 with mower deck (349 hours), and a Deutz-Allis 5220 with custom snowblade. Also available: a Thomas T15s Mini Excavator (1721 hours) and John Deere MX6 Rotary Cutter. The auction's centerpiece is its Maytag collection, featuring a Model 72 experimental twin-cylinder engine (one of only 100 manufactured) and a vintage wringer washing machine with Fruit Jar gas engine. The Model 56 miniature apartment-sized washer from 1921 (one of 212 made) maintains its original finish and hand-crank mechanism. Additional items include Maytag engines and washing machines, advertising memorabilia, a 1½ HP upright gas engine, a Bessemer engine, and farm implements like a NorTrac 3-point snowblower for 16-35 HP tractors.

The April jewelry auction offers 167 lots of jewelry and accessories. Featured are several Tiffany & Co. pieces, including sterling silver bracelets, a Paloma Picasso designed heart pendant, and an 18k yellow gold heart pendant with diamond. David Yurman offerings include a sterling silver ring with topaz and diamond accents, and an 18k yellow gold pendant with heart and arrow design. The auction contains 14k yellow gold gemstone pins with rubies, diamonds, amethysts, and pearls in various designs. International items include Bedouin jewelry with pink topaz and jade, plus Japanese Satsuma porcelain and cloisonne pieces with floral motifs. Sterling silver jewelry features numerous earrings, pins, and pendants, including an art nouveau design with "Trinity June 1903" engraving. Costume jewelry collections include rhinestone, scarab, and faux pearl earrings, plus approximately 50 decorative pins. The April auction presents a diverse selection of vintage collectibles and toys. Tin toys include a lithographed Idlewild airport control tower with wind-up features, a Japanese Broadway tin trolley, and a green Radar Jeep with tin soldier figures. The Fisher-Price offerings feature a circus play set with red and yellow wagon plus a schoolhouse playset with illustrated walls, clock, and magnetic alphabet letters. Disney collectibles consist of push-puppets, hard plastic nodders, and ceramic figures. Entertainment memorabilia includes Hopalong Cassidy plates and drinkware, Superman peanut butter jars with lids, Wonder Woman club pins, and a Flash Gordon cardboard puzzle. Playskool's Sesame Street items feature a neighborhood playset of 123 Sesame Street and Mr. Hooper's Store with accessories. RCA Nipper collectibles include a tin serving tray and ceramic mugs alongside Sunday Funnies novelty tumblers and a cobalt blue glass Shirley Temple pitcher.

This auction consists of 103 lots featuring vintage toys, mechanical banks, and clocks from the early to mid-20th century. Tin lithograph wind-up toys by Marx, Strauss, Lehmann, and Distler form the largest category, including Marx's Ham & Sam toy, Strauss baggage handlers, and Lehmann clown cars. Cast iron mechanical banks by J & E Stevens are offered, including their Darktown Battery and Always Did 'Spise a Mule banks. Strauss Corporation's Thrifty Tom's wind-up mechanical bank and Chein tin lithograph still banks are included. The clock collection features Lux animated alarm clocks with organ grinder performers, United Electric clocks from 1933, and Amos and Andy character clocks from 1935 and 1942. Disney-licensed Song of the South clocks and advertising clocks from Gold Dust and Dietz & Watson are offered. Other collectibles include Edward Ives clockwork automata from the 19th century, Japanese celluloid and battery-operated toys, Alps guitar-playing monkeys, Modern Toys rocking bears, and a handmade whirligig.
