7.92mm, 23 1/4" bbl, SN G7171. 98% blue finish shows thinning on crisp edges with a few small scattered freckles, good bore, hooded front sight, German WWII era Carl Zeiss Jenns Zielvier sniper scope (often found on K98's) with German #1 reticle (3 post) and clear optics mounted on quick release base, left side rail marked 44 (code for armory at Kraqujevac) Unknown if receiver ring crest is intact as scope base was not removed, matching numbers on receiver, bolt, floor plate and stock, leather sling, wood stock and handguard show light handling with only a couple shallow dents and some very fine cracks on forearm around barrel band springs on both sides. 13" LOP, 7 1/2 lb trigger pull.
