Frame has been repainted. Approx 15 years ago.
Currently not running. 
Vin tag remove before repainting and not present. However, VIN stamp is present under luggage cowl/compartment.  
Barn-kept 5+years.
Shifter, clutch, and brakes all appear in working order.
