The Alderfer staff is at pick up to provide light assistance to ALL of our buyers. Buyers are responsible for bringing help to move and load furniture and other large items. Please be respectful of the home and property at pick up. You are responsible for damage caused directly by you or your help.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY tools or packing materials. Please review all of the photos of your lots so that you are prepared with tools for any necessary disassembly, and enough boxes and packing materials for your purchases.
REMOVAL/PICK-UP OF ITEMS:
Successful bidders will be directed to choose a time slot (during the pre-advertised time frame) to pick up their purchases via Appointy.com. Instructions will be included with your invoice.
Pick-up times are scheduled prior to the auction opening so that you are able to make arrangements to remove your purchases during that time. The advertised pick-up times are the only times available for removal of your items. NO REFUNDS will be given should items purchased fail to be picked up during the advertised pick-up time frame.
Delivery fees are in addition to the total purchase price. If you are in need of your purchase being brought back to Alderfer Auction for pick up at our facility, or would like the item(s) delivered to your home, please call Dan Angstadt at 215-393-3037 or email Dan@AlderferAuction.com for the handling and delivery fees for your particular lot(s). Some items, due to their size or weight, may not be eligible for delivery.
Items brought back to the auction center will be held, at no charge, for 1 business day following the pick-up day. For each day thereafter that the item(s) are not picked up a $5.00 per day storage fee will be assessed.
Please call us to arrange these services no later than 24 hours prior to the auction pick-up time so that our staff is prepared with the proper vehicle and supplies needed to pack and transport your purchases. Requests made after staff is on site may not be able to be honored.
