Part 2 of this North Wales Estate Auction features some spectacular garden statues, pagodas, and fountains. Or, choose from any number of the torches and lanterns to create a peaceful atmosphere once the sun goes down. Looking ahead to the holiday season? There are some Christmas and Halloween decorations available including pre-lit trees and topiaries.

Pick Up Day: Monday, August 17th from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Successful bidders will receive the full pick up address with their invoice and instructions on how to schedule a pick up appointment.
If you are unable to make the scheduled pick-up day, please call 267-638-1048 or email hayley@alderferauction.com. For an additional fee, Alderfer Auction will transport your items back to the auction center in Hatfield, PA for you to pick-up within 5 business days. Additional fees will be applied to your invoice for this service.

Once the auction closing time goes into effect the items close at a rate of 5 lots per minute in sequential order unless there is active bidding within the final 3 minutes of the auction and the auto-extended feature is activated.
The auto-extend feature will be activated in the case of bids placed in the last 3 minutes prior to the closing of each lot. This prohibits all sniping software and activity. It is necessary to constantly refresh your browser during the last few minutes of the sale so that you are aware of any lot time extensions, as well as during the time extensions as they will continue to extend in 3 minute intervals until competitive bidding ends.
It is recommended that customers use the maximum bid option to avoid confusion at the close of the sale, however, if two customers place the same maximum amount, the computer will automatically take the first one placed.
