Following the auction, successful bidders will be notified by email and an invoice will be attached. Payment instructions will be included in that email.
Payment must be received at the Sanford Alderfer Auction & Appraisal location prior to pickup. Merchandise MUST be picked up following the auction or Nov. 1st & 2nd, 2012 between 9am and 4pm. Unless prior arrangements are made, items not removed within the specified time will be subject to a storage fee.
Terms: All announcements made on auction day shall take precedence over previously distributed information. Everything is sold as-is and where-is payable day of auction. A 13% Buyers Premium with a 3% buyer’s premium discount for cash and acceptable check will be applied to all winning bids. Paypal, MC, VISA and Discover accepted.
