Collection of 77 pieces of artwork by Artist Frederick Karoly, . Karoly was a part of the Abstract Expressionism movement. This collection is being offered as an entirety.

Preview: Tuesday-Thursday 10 A.M. to 3 P.M.

Terms and Conditions:

- All bids must be submitted by Monday July 16, 2012 at 3:00 P.M.

- Bids will be opened at 3:00 P.M.

- Bid in whole dollars only.

- In the event that the top two bidders are tie, there will then be a live auction conducted between those two parties.

- Bidders need not be present at the opening of bids.

- Winning Bidder will be notified within 24 hours of sale closing.

- Everything in the sale is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” without warranty expressed or implied. Items become the sole responsibility of purchaser immediately upon notification of bid award.

- Items must be paid for in full in cash or guaranteed funds immediately upon notification.

- A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the final sale price; a 3% discount will apply for cash or check purchases.

- All items must be removed no later than July 20. Items left past this date will again become the property of the seller and no refund will be given.

- The auction company is acting only as an agent between the buyer and seller; however, all decisions made by the auctioneer are final.

- Please note that this sale is subject to immediate confirmation with the seller and reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
