Removal:
Payment must be received at the Sanford Alderfer Auction & Appraisal location prior to pickup. Merchandise can be picked up on Wednesday, July 18, between 9am-1pm or Friday, July 20, 2012 between 1-4pm at a Lansdale location that will be disclosed to the successful bidder.
Terms:
Everything is sold as-is and where-is payable day of auction. A 13% Buyers Premium discounted by 3% for cash and acceptable check will be applied to all winning bids. Winning Bidder Notification:
Following the auction, successful bidders will be notified by email and an invoice will be attached. Payment instructions will be included in that email.
