Alderfer Auction is seeking a part-time Downsizing & Transition Coordinator who will focus on the development of new business opportunities for our overall services along with the primary focus on senior downsizing and transition. The position responsibilities include: 

  1. Assisting in the development and implementation of transition services
  2. Networking and presentations to community organizations
  3. Working directly with clients to help prepare, plan, pack, coordinate, move, unpack and settle individuals into his/her new home
